1General Terms of Use for the ez69 Platform

The ez69 platform is operated by a registered and licensed company authorized to offer online entertainment services. By accessing or using ez69.fun, the ez69 mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Ez69 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of its services at any time without separate prior notice. However, material changes to the terms will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the ez69 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Be located in a geographic region where the use of the ez69 platform is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Not listed on any recognized self-exclusion program or restricted persons list.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or company without written authorization from ez69.
• Hold a valid Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• Never previously banned from using the ez69 platform due to a prior terms violation.

Ez69 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

3Account Registration & Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ez69 platform. Multiple account registrations, whether under the same or different names, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ez69 enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and we reserve the right to request identity verification including copies of your ID, utility bills, or other supporting documents.

• Your full name must match the name on your official Malaysian identification document.
• The registered phone number must be active and reachable for verification purposes.
• Your email address must be valid and accessible, as important communications will be sent to that address.
• Bank account or digital wallet details must be registered under the same member's name to facilitate the withdrawal process.

Ez69 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the member.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Ez69 accepts deposits via a range of secure local payment methods fully integrated with our platform, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your financial data.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit is subject to limits set by each respective payment method.
• All deposits must come from legitimate sources and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Ez69 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5Fund Withdrawal

Ez69 is committed to processing withdrawals within 15 minutes for most approved requests. However, withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 business hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Members must have fully completed the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Ez69 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a fraud prevention measure.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering (rollover) requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals that are disputed or under review will not be processed until the investigation is complete.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed while the remainder continues in full force and effect.
